Cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting are different
Cleaning removes dirt and many germs. Sanitizing lowers the number of germs to a safer level. Disinfecting kills the germs listed on a product's label when it stays wet on the surface for the full contact time. We clean first, then disinfect, because disinfectants work best on clean surfaces.
High-touch surface program
- Door handles, push plates and light switches
- Reception counters, pens, card readers and phones
- Restroom fixtures, faucets and dispensers
- Breakroom tables, appliances and handles
- Elevator buttons and stair rails
Flu season and outbreak response
When illness spreads in your workplace, we can add extra disinfection visits or a one-time deep disinfection, usually scheduled within the same week.
Products we use
We use EPA-registered disinfectants and follow label directions for dilution and contact time. If your facility has required products, we'll use them.
